Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach





Shelby is a dynamic personal trainer that can assist clients across a broad spectrum of individual needs for weight loss, muscle gain, sports specific training, nutritional guidance, competition preparation (marathon etc.), and youth or senior fitness programs. Shelby teaches 1 on 1 training, partner/group training, fitness classes (S & C, CKB, FBC), and nutrition coaching sessions.
Interests are helping clients achieve awesome results, hanging with his family, playing sports, hiking, and eating healthy.
Dominic
Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach





Dominic is a multi-faceted personal trainer that challenges his clients to take a broader approach to their programs by incorporating nutritional habits that are closely monitored by him. Dominic enjoys teaching groups and classes, but understands the importance of instruction on form and building an accountable relationship with his clients in one on one settings as well. Dominic teaches 1 on 1 training, partner/group training, fitness classes (S & C), and nutrition coaching sessions. Interests are personal training, body building, dieting, driving my truck, and hanging out with his dog, “Bella”.
Erika
Personal Trainer




Erika is an active, energetic fitness enthusiast. Her experiences range from years of genuine health program design, psychometric sports cross-training, youth athletic coaching, and as a multifaceted wilderness guide. Erika’s training always meets each client at their own individual fitness level. Erika’s interests are outdoor activities, meeting new people, tanning, playing sports, and being a part of youth mentorship programs.
Dawn

Dawn has been an awesome addition to our team. She knows exactly what it is going to take her clients to succeed, and she makes sure she gets their best effort each workout. Dawn knows that every strength program, no matter how intense, will always need a proper dietary approach in order to see accelerated results. Dawn teaches 1 on 1 training, partner/group training, fitness classes (FBC, S & C), and nutrition coaching sessions.
Jimmy
Personal Trainer
Jimmy separates himself out from other trainers with his unique educational background. Jimmy’s programs focus on helping clients improve the function of their bodies in order to achieve desired overall results. If you are dealing with postural dysfunction or muscle imbalances, Jimmy prides himself on identifying a customized program that will heal these issues and accelerate you forward toward your goals! Jimmy teaches 1 on 1 training, partner/group training, and fitness classes (S & C, S & R, and FBC). Interest are training hard, wrestling, working with youth, kettle bell swings, body building, power lifting, sport specific training, or just hanging with friends.
Jonathan
Personal Trainer
Jonathan understands the importance of having accountability in relationships with his clients to achieve consistent results. Jonathan teaches 1 on 1 training, partner/group training, and fitness classes (FBC, S & C). Interests are working out, riding motorcycles, hanging with family, and snowboarding.
James
Personal Trainer
James is committed to his clients, and enjoys seeing consistent results come from his training approach. James has a clear understanding of what it takes to achieve accelerated results. Consistency and intensity is his motto, but he also has the ability to cater his workouts to any client at any fitness level. James is very knowledgeable when it comes to making adjustments in a client’s strength program from current/old injuries, past surgeries, to increasing performance in swimming, gaining muscle, or shedding body fat. Interests are lifting weights, eating yam fries, and hanging with friends.
Rachel
Personal Trainer
Rachel is a fun, energetic instructor. Rachel is attentive to the individual needs of her clients and class participants. When Rachel is not teaching boot camps or strength training at PHF, she is teaching Pilates Plus in Bellevue. Rachel’s interests are working out twice a day, traveling, running green lake, hanging with family and friends.
